Approval Based Orders

Approval Based Orders displays orders that require vendor/store owner approval before processing, with details like Date, Order ID, Store Name, Customer Name, Amount, and Payment Method.

Viewing Request Based Order Details​

  1. Click the respective Order Id to view the order details.

Click the Failed Orders tab to view all unsuccessful order attempts.

The order details of the respective order appears as shown below.

If the order journey is not displayed, the start journey button will appear.

Click the Start Journey button to start the order journey manually.
